We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders in the contiguous United States!

We currently only offer to ship to the U.S.A, Canada, and Mexico. Please contact us for shipping rates outside of the 48 contiguous states.

Return Policy

Please contact us if you would like to make a return.  You may return most new, unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Due to health and safety concerns, opened items cannot be returned and no refunds will be issued.

Return shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.

After the 30-day return window, we will add a 30% restocking fee to any return.  If a refund is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.  You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of us receiving your package. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.

If the product is damaged, you must report it to us within 30 days.  You will be required to provide proof of damage.

Cancellation Policy

We will cancel any order upon the customer’s request as long as the order has not been shipped.  After the order has been shipped, the customer’s responsibility is to refuse the package or pay to have the goods returned to our warehouse.  When we receive the goods, a refund will be issued within two weeks.

Order Discrepancies

We do our best to fill orders correctly. Despite our most diligent efforts, we are human and do make mistakes on occasion. Please check your order for discrepancies or damages as soon as possible upon receipt. We require that you report any defects, damages, or discrepancies within seven days of receiving your package. We are happy to do what it takes to make any errors up to you, our most valued customers.
