Shipping Location

All orders ship from South Hadley, Massachusetts.

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days. In some cases, processing may take up to one week before shipment.

Processing time does not include transit time.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States and Canada

Delivery Area

Free shipping is available to the lower 48 United States, Washington, DC and Canada only. At this time, orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations require a custom shipping quote.

If you need delivery outside of our free shipping area, please contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to provide a shipping estimate and assist with your purchase.

Orders to Canada

We now offer free shipping to Canada. Please note that any import duties, customs fees, brokerage charges, or local taxes assessed by Canadian authorities are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are determined at the time of import. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential fees before placing an order.
