What is your return policy? Plus

Most new, unused, and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Due to health and safety concerns, opened items cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.

Only new, unused items in completely unopened, factory sealed packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. The product box must not be opened and all original seals and tape must remain intact. Due to health and safety concerns, any item with opened or tampered packaging is not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What happens if I return an item after 30 days? Plus

Returns requested after the 30 day window are subject to a 30 percent restocking fee. If a refund is not available, a store credit will be issued.

How long does it take to receive a refund? Plus

Refunds are typically processed within two weeks of receiving your returned package, and often sooner.

We process refunds using the original form of payment.

Will I be refunded for shipping charges if I return an item? Plus

No. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer.

What if my product arrives damaged? Plus

Any damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Proof of damage is required.

Can I cancel my order? Plus

Yes. Orders may be canceled at the customer’s request as long as the order has not shipped.

Please contact us as soon as possible, as we make every effort to ship orders quickly after they are placed.

What if my order has already shipped? Plus

If the order has already shipped, please contact us to initiate a return. Once the item is received back at our warehouse and confirmed to be eligible for return, a refund will be issued within two weeks.
